Return/Exchange Policy:
RETURNS:
We allow up to 5 business days after final delivery scan to qualify for a refund for returned items, and we allow up to 14 days after final delivery scan to qualify for store credit for returned items. Please note: All items that have been personalized do not qualify for refund or store credit. To ensure that you will receive either a refund or store credit for your return, all products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. Unless your return is the result of an error on our behalf, your return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, you must first, send us a message at customerservice@tees2urdoor.com to let us know which items you would like to return and why, making sure to include your order number, so we can authorize the return. Orders sent back without a Return Authorization will be refused. When sending your return, make sure to include a note with your name, email, order number, and reason for the return. Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by USPS, UPS, or do not make it to us for any other reason. We will process your return and notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receiving it. EXCHANGES: We allow up to 14 days from final delivery scan to qualify for for an exchange. Any personalized items DO NOT qualify for an exchange. Due to fluctuating inventory quantities, seasonal items, and other factors, we honor requests for exchanges, by issuing store credit for the purchase price of the item returning or the current sale price, whichever is less. All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. To exchange an item, send an email to customerservice@tees2urdoor.com and provide us with the following information. Name, Order Number, Item you are wanting to exchange, reason for the exchange. Once your email is reviewed we will reply with a EA#. (Exchange Authorization) This authorizes you to ship it back to be exchanged. The following items must be shipped back in the package: Your name, The email used to place the order and the order number. The EA# must be written on the outside of the shipping package. Please save your tracking number, as we cannot issue store credit for any items that are lost in the mail or do not make it to us for any other reason. We do not issue credit for shipping costs. When will my item ship?

Most orders placed before 8:00 AM ship out the same day as ordered if there is no personalization. Personalized orders ship out 48-72 hours in non peak season, add a day or two in peak season. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the local post office before you are able to follow the shipment.

*Personalized/Customized order will add 2-3 days to your order during non peak season. During peak times, personalized orders can be delayed as much as 7 days. Our normal processing hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders may also be delayed for Mother Nature related events, incorrect address information on the order and other unforeseen issues surrounding carrier malfunctions or back logs.

Planning further ahead during peak times, (typically February, March, November and December) will allow your merchandise to arrive when needed. Please keep in mind when selecting a shipping method, shipping days outlined on each method is the carriers estimated time of delivery and is started ONLY after the package leaves our facility.

Basic:

This shipping service is typically delivered 1-4 days AFTER the package leaves our facility in Nederland, TX. Our preferred carrier is USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the local post office before you are able to follow the shipment.

Keep in mind orders over $75.00 is free by choosing free shipping in the shipping method drop down menu.

Basic Shipping is based on weight. Below outlines weight and charge:

0.1 lbs. - 0.99lbs $4.95 - $6.95

1.0lbs-1.65lbs $8.95

1.66lbs- 2.0lbs $9.95

2.0lbs-3.0lbs $10.95

3.0lbs-4.0lbs $12.95

4.0lbs-5.0lbs $13.95

5.0lbs- 6.0lbs $14.95

6.0lbs + $15.95

To make any order RUSH you add $10.00 to the Basic Shipping rate.
