How do I access the design tool?

Click the design tool banner on our Home Page or in the navigation menu on any page. You'll be designing custom apparel before you know it!

How do I add text to a design?

Simply click the Add Text button in the Design Studio. This will cause an Insert Text Here window to open where you can type the text you want to appear on the garment.

How do I edit text on a design?

First, select the text by clicking on it. This will cause the properties of the text to appear to the left of the design. You can change the text, font, color, and spacing from the properties box.

How do I add clip art to my design?

Start by clicking on the Clip Art button in the Design Studio. A list of clip art categories will appear. Click on a category, and the relevant clip art will appear. Click on the desired clip art image and it will appear on your garment. You can then move, resize, rotate, and align your clip art. You can also upload your own clip art by clicking the Upload Image button.

How do I edit artwork on a design?

Select the artwork by clicking on it. This will cause the properties of the image to appear in a box to the left of the design. You can change the art, direction, or color from the properties box.

How do I delete text or art?

To remove art or text from your design, click on the element you wish to delete on the garment image or in the layers section. This will select the elements layer. Click the Delete button to remove the element from your design.

How do I change the layer order on my design?

To adjust the order of the layers, click the Edit Layers button in the Design Studio. Select the layer containing the element you want to rearrange. Click the up or down arrow in the layers section to move that layer up or down in the stack.

How do I adjust the size of art or text on my garment?

To make the art or text in a design bigger or smaller, click the element you want to resize. Once the element is selected, white boxes (handles) will appear on the corners. By clicking on one of the white handles and holding the mouse button down, you can scale the element.

How do I change the design placement on my garment?

To change the position of a design on a garment, click on the design element. This will select the element. Simply hold the mouse button down and move the element to a new location on your garment.

Will you ship my order without payment?

We won't ship your order without full payment unless you have a purchase order from your school or company. We do require resolution of any payment issues (e.g. additional garment or shipping costs, bad payment information) before we ship your order. We will always contact you if there is a problem.

Do you accept special shipping requests?

In most cases, yes. We try to meet all requests that are possible. Any extra charges incurred for different methods will require payment before the request is executed.

Can I ship my order internationally?

No. We currently do not offer international shipping. However, you should check back again shortly: we intend to make international shipping available soon.

When will I receive my order?

We expect your order to be shipped to you approximately 10 days or fewer from the date of your order. Note: Processing times must be added to shipping times. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Can I use a credit card to pay for my order?

Yes. We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Please submit accurate information. The billing address you enter must match the address your credit card company has on file. Your order will not be processed without good credit card information.

Why does my order status say "Pending Auth"?

If the status of your order is PENDING AUTH, it simply means your order is being processed through our order authorization system. If we need any additional information from you in regard to your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

Can I reorder a design I have previously ordered?

Yes. If you have a previous order saved in your Saved Designs section, you can reorder it in a few simple steps.

How do I add notes to my order?

In the Shopping Cart, there is an Add Notes option next to each garment. Click this link to open a notes window. Use this window to add notes and instructions for your garment.

What is the minimum number of shirts I can buy through the design tool?

You must buy at least 12 shirts if you're using the design tool.

Are there discounts for buying custom garments in bulk?

Yes. Once you have finalized your design and are ready to place an order, simply click the Add to Cart button. Enter the quantities and sizes you would like and click the Update Items button. If you're placing a large order, a bulk discount will be reflected in your total price in the shopping cart.

Can I upload my own artwork with the design tool?

Yes. Just click the Upload Image button in the design tool, review the terms and conditions, and select the file you want to upload from your computer or mobile device. Our design tool supports .png, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .gif, and .tiff files.

How do I choose different garments in the design tool?

There are two ways to accomplish this in the Design Studio.

1.) Click the Products button. This will activate a products cover flow where you can select different garment options.

2.) Click the Products link in the header bar. This will take you to Product Categories, where you can select products and add designs.

Where can I find a sizing chart?

Unfortunately, there are no standardized industry specifications or measurements. However, the following rules-of-thumb apply:

How do I delete designs from my account?

Sign in to your Tees2UrDoor account using your email address and password. Click the My Account link in the header bar. Click My Designs in the left menu. From here, you can select a design and click the Remove link to delete it.

When I upload artwork, there is a box behind the image. How do I make the box disappear?

The best option is to upload your artwork using an image format that supports transparency, such as .png or .gif. If this is not an option, please add a note in the shopping cart saying you would like our artists to remove the box for you.

How do I edit a design in my account?

Sign in to your Tees2UrDoor account using your email address and password. Click the My Account link in the header bar. Click My Designs in the left menu. From here, click the design you want to edit, and then click the Customize It button. This will take you to the Design Studio, where you can edit and save your design.

How do I get a quote on a custom design?

Once you have finalized your design and are ready to place an order, click the Add to Cart button. Enter the quantity and sizes you would like and click the Update Items button. The price will be displayed in the shopping cart.

How do I get my artwork to be a left chest design?

In the Design Studio, click Product Views and then Front. Once you have done this, you will be given three options: full, left side print, or left chest print. Click the Left Chest option.

How do I add names and numbers to custom shirts?

In the Shopping Cart, there is an option next to each garment called Roster Count. Fill in the number of players on your roster and click the Add Names & Numbers link. This will open a window that will allow you to add player names and numbers.

How do I design the back of a garment?

In the Design Studio, click on Product Views and then Back. Once you have done this, select the Full option. You will then be able to design on the back of your garment.

How do I create a shirt without using your design templates?

Go to the Design Studio. Click the Add Text or Clip Art button. You'll be able to create a custom garment using our wide selection of fonts and clip art.
