Pre-Order Policy Information
What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an exclusive, custom designed item that is currently being manufactured for a future ship date.
The future ship date is normally 4-10 weeks.

How accurate is the Delivery Date?

The estimated ship date is listed at the
time of the pre-order purchase. We
anticipate shorter ship dates from our
manufacturer, however, unforeseen
delays can occur.
Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate.

Can I order after the Pre-Order has ended?

Our pre-order items are FABULOUS and
LIMITED! We encourage you to pre-order,
as items may not be available after the
pre-order is complete. We do allocate
additional stock in all pre-orders. We also
order 2nd or 3rd shipments that may be
available at a later date.
To insure you receive your pre-order within
the season or holiday, it is best to Pre-Order.

What if I order in-stock items and pre-order items?

All in-stock items will ship separately from
pre-order items, so that as a courtesy to
you, in-stock items will arrive sooner! The
total shipping charges for each shipment
will be allocated proportionally to the cost
of the items shipped; the total shipping
cost charged will not increase.
You may receive several shipments in
order to complete the fulfillment of your order.

What if I order personalized pre-order items?

If you add personalization to your
pre-order items, an additional
3-5 days should be expected.
We may experience longer delays
in peak holiday seasons. You could
expect different shipments of your
pre-ordered items, according to the
completion of personalization.

Can I cancel my Pre-Order?

We can cancel a Pre-Order up to 24 hours
after it has been placed. After 24 hours,
your items have been removed from the
Pre-Order stock available.

Can I exchange my Pre-Order?

You will need to contact us to see if we have the item in stock that you would like to exchange.

Please have your invoice number ready or include it in the email. You will be responsible for shipping charges incurred to send the exchange back to us. When we receive the item, we will ship out the new item. Please note: Items can only be “held” for your exchange for 7 days. If we have not received your items within that time, the items will be returned to stock. All items must be in the original packaging, unworn and without stains. Personalized Pre-Order items may not be returned or exchanged.
