Shipping & Returns
Tees2urdoor now offers an easier way to return merchandise. Sign in and click on the account tab, this will show you your orders, merchandise ordered in each order along with the status. Under the status you will see a link that says,"Return Items" see image below:
By clicking this link you will be able to submit your Return Request. The T2D Team will immediately acknowledge the receipt of the Return Request and you will receive and email stating this. We will then review each Return and either Authorize or Reject it, in a 72 hour window. At this point you will receive another email with this update. If the Return Request was accepted instructions will be given how and where to return item(s). If The Return Request was rejected, it was for one of the following reasons:
1) Item was returned in a condition that would not allow it to be resold
2) Item was personalized
3) Item was a clearance item, in which all sales are final
Upon the item being returned, inspected and deemed condition allows it to be resold or validated for the authorized reason for the return, a Store Credit will be issued to your account. Please note that the return shipping cost will only be credited to you Store Credit if the mistake was due to Tees2urdoor. Also note, please retain any receipts and/or tracking information for the packages that you ship back to Tees2urdoor as we are not responsible for packages that are lost by any carrier.
** The return functionality will not be available to you if you use guest check out.
When will my item ship?
Most orders placed before 8:00 AM ship out the same day or the following day as ordered if there's no personalization. Personalized orders ship out in 3-5 days during non peak season, add up to 5 additional working days in peak season. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the postal service/FedEx to process the package, as it must be scanned at the local offices before you are able to follow the shipment.

*Personalized/Customized order will add 2-3 days to your order during non peak season. During peak times, personalized orders can be delayed as much as 7-10 days. Our normal processing hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Orders may also be delayed for Mother Nature related events, incorrect address information on the order and other unforeseen issues surrounding carrier malfunctions or back logs.
Planning further ahead during peak times, (typically February, March, July, August, November and December) will allow your merchandise to arrive when needed. Please keep in mind when selecting a shipping method, shipping days outlined on each method is the carriers estimated time of delivery and is started ONLY after the package leaves our facility.

This shipping service is typically delivered 3-5 days AFTER the package leaves our facility in Nederland, TX. Our preferred carrier is USPS.

Basic Shipping is based on weight. Below outlines weight and charge:
0.1 lbs. - 0.99lbs $4.95 - $6.95
1.66lbs- 2.0lbs $9.95
5.0lbs- 6.0lbs $14.95
6.0lbs + $15.95
To make any order RUSH you add $10.00 to the Basic Shipping rate.
