When will my item ship? 

ALL times listed below are estimates.  Please be advised these are not exact times.

Most orders placed before 8:00 AM ship out 2-5 business days after ordered, if there is no personalization. This does not apply to peak season.  Personalized orders ship out in 3-5 business days during non peak season, add up to 5 additional business days in peak season. Peak Season is typically February, March, and July through December.  These times are only an estimate.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the postal service/UPS to process the package, as it must be scanned at the local offices before you are able to follow the shipment.

UPS 2 Day (Processing Time + 2 Business Days in Transit NO PO Boxes) this option will also move your order to the top of our queue.:

IMPORTANT:  UPS 2 Day is transit time ONLY.  Transit time is Business days (Mon-Fri).  This does not include processing time. Our carriers pick up typically around 6 pm each day so the transit time will not start until the following business day after the carrier has made the original scan.
